Returns and Exchanges at Boutique Felicidad
If once received the purchase, the customer is not satisfied, has 24 hours from receipt of the product, to exercise his right of withdrawal, provided that the garment has not been used or damaged. You can exchange the article for another size or article, or for a voucher (3 months expiry date) which will be exchanged in its entirety in a single purchase.
This desire for exchange must be communicated to our email info@boutiquefelicidad.com, within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
In case of exchange or voucher, once notified to our email, you must return the package to us within 5 days.
The buyer is responsible for returning the items to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, including the labels.
Once we have received the item and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will contact you to make the exchange or voucher.
For size changes or exchanges for another item, the buyer must pay the new shipping costs.
If the item has been received with any damage or defect, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
