When you make your purchase, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with the delivery details. If something is not correct, please contact us immediately on +34 96 583 07 95.
If the item ordered is not in stock, you will receive a reply within a maximum of 48 working hours, so that you can choose to exchange it for another one or get your money back.
It will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 calendar days and by the same means of payment used to make the purchase.

In the event that we have already sent the package, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the package.
The prices shown on the website include value added tax ( VAT), but not the shipping costs (these can be seen in the shipping section).
From 150 € of purchase will be free of charge in Spain Peninsula.
If you wish to purchase a product that is currently out of stock in the desired size or colour, you can send an email to info@boutiquefelicidad.com, and the factory will be consulted for availability.
We do our best to show as accurately as possible the characteristics of our products, including composition and colours, by uploading photos of the highest possible quality.
Therefore, we are not responsiblefor the colour of the item received, therefore , we cannot be held responsible for the fact that the colour of the item received may vary slightly from the colour you see on your PC, tablet or mobile phone, tablet or mobile phone.
